Tuition payment policy:
Tuition is due the first week of the month. There will be a late fee added to your tuition for all late payments. Payments are considered late after the 10th of the month, and a $10.00 late fee will apply. Payments received after the 15th of the month will have a $15.00 late fee applied.
If tuition is not received by the 15th of each month, students will be asked to sit and observe the class without participation until account is made current.
There is a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
There are absolutely no refunds. Make up classes not offered due to the varied instruction of each class.
ADA accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Automatic payments are available to make paying tuition more convenient and on time.
Studio Rules/General Information:
1. ADA doesn't offer any daycare. Siblings must remain with an adult or parent at all times.
2. ADA will not be held responsible for any injuries suffered on the premises.
3. No loitering or playing outside the studio. This is for the safety of our students.
4. A T.V. and D.V.D. player, microwave, refrigerator, and homework tables are offered for the convenience of our students and their siblings.
5. Viewing windows are available for class observation.
6. Parents or siblings are not allowed in the dance rooms due to distractions and safety concerns.
7. No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the dance rooms. Water is allowed. Dancers should stay hydrated at all times.
8. Vending machines are available for snacks and drinks.
9. Arrival time is very important. Students must arrive on time with proper attire. Students arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to sit and watch. This is a safety issue because warm-ups take place at the beginning of each class and not warming up properly could cause injury. Additionally, it is disruptive to the instructor and the student.
